Dr. Michael Alden

Dr. Michael Alden

Dr. Michael Alden has been practicing in Charleston, South Carolina since 1994.

In 2010 he began to focus on Neuro-Metabolic Testing and Treatments, concentrating his interest on Autoimmune Conditions. Dr. Alden credits both Dr. Datis Kharrazian and Aristo Vojdani, PhD. for the training that he has accumulated both through conferences and one on one meetings. In July 2016 Dr. Alden co-founded Atlas Concussion Testing in order to develop a company that exclusively serves traumatic brain injuries, including concussions, in a new and innovative way.

By utilizing the basic principles of evaluating autoimmune reactions through serological biomarker screenings for autoreactive antibodies, and then modulating the immune system metabolically, Dr. Alden has been very successful with managing concussion victims. Beyond the obvious, concussion management, Dr. Alden has created an initiative to help eliminate Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), called Predict, Prevent and Prevail over CTE. The research is clear, CTE arises from within the brain and immune system long before signs and symptoms appear. As Dr. Alden often states, “The Blood Doesn’t Lie.”
